Permanent Makeup- Is it right for me??

I receive this question many times a day from new clients. If you're new to the concept of permanent makeup or are just curious about it, a personal consultation is your best bet in getting your questions answered. I cannot stress enough the importance of having a professional consultation!! Because this procedure is permanent (in most instances), I personally will not perform a treatment on a client without having a thorough consultation first.

During your consultation certain information should be shared and discussed such as:

• Your medical history and allergies
• Your desired results and expectations
• Color choices, skin undertones and ethnicity
• Reasons for considering permanent makeup
• Measuring and placement
• Your technicians training, experience and background
• Safety issues (Does your technician comply with state health & safety boards?)
• After care instructions and what to expect
• The need for a follow up session 4-6 after your treatment (my prices include this)
• Price
• Quality of pigments and equipment used

Permanent makeup is a wonderful and worthwhile treatment when you have had all of your questions answered prior to your procedure. You will feel confident and calm with your decision to proceed. You will have built up a trusting relationship with your technician and feel comfortable on the day of your treatment. Being prepared and informed helps you answer the question....
